Off Ice Training for Skaters

What can you do while you are off the ice to stay skate ready?

Anything that increases strength, endurance, and flexibility will serve you well when you return to the ice.  Skating positions in gliding maneuvers such as spirals, shoot the ducks and spread eagles are easy things you can improve while at home.  Please see the great resource guides below to help show you the way!
